With a track record of securing tailored solutions and driving savings for our clients, we're expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic Senior Business Administrator to join us on our journey.

As the Senior Business Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business functions, with an emphasis on financial management. You will work closely with senior leadership, providing critical support in planning, analysis, and day-to-day administrative tasks. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior management.
  • Manage and optimise office operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Liaise with our commercial clients on a wide range of tasks.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for key stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to leadership.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience in customer services, or a related field.
  • Experience of working with Office 365 and it's applications such as Word, Excel etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for building rapport with customers.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the energy industry or utility services is a plus, but not essential – we provide comprehensive training.

  • Identify and qualify leads through targeted outreach, market research, and networking.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their energy needs and challenges.
  • Educate prospects on the benefits of our services and how we can help them optimize their utility contracts.
  • Collaborate with our experienced brokers to convert leads into satisfied clients.
  • Continuously expand your network and stay updated on industry trends to uncover new opportunities.
